It is that time of year to let everyone know our process to alert people if events or church services are cancelled due to weather. Hopefully we will not have a repeat of last year.
Here is our process:
In the case of unsafe snow or icy conditions, here are the steps we take to notify the church:
Event Cancellations:
- Post on church web site
- Post on church voice mail 503.663.5050
Church Service Cancellation: (the above plus...)
- All Church Email
- Automated Phone Tree notification
